This policy explains how Hunt Visuals Ltd ("we", "us", "Hunt Visuals") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you contact us, fill in one of our forms, or interact with our ads and website. What we collect

When you complete a quiz, enquiry or lead form (on our website or through a Facebook or Instagram ad), we collect the details you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and your answers to our questions (such as your trade or clinic type, turnover band and timing). If you arrive from an ad, we may also receive basic attribution data (for example the campaign you came from).

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, contact you about our content and marketing services (by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email or messaging), tailor our recommendations, and arrange a call where relevant. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in following up with people who ask to hear from us. You can opt out of contact at any time by replying STOP or emailing us.

Who we share it with

We store and process enquiries in our CRM and use trusted service providers to deliver our service, including GoHighLevel (CRM and messaging), Meta (Facebook and Instagram lead and advertising tools) and email or scheduling tools. We never sell your data. Providers only process it on our instructions.

Cookies and tracking

Our website uses the Meta Pixel and analytics to measure ad performance and improve our marketing. These may set cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for our legitimate business records, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hv@huntvisuals.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
